    Mascarpone

Instructions

Preparing the Mixture

  1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, liqueur, and mascarpone until very creamy.

Stack the Cake

  1. Quickly dip each Pavesini cookie in the coffee and spread a layer in a 9” x 9” Pyrex dish.

  2. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.

  3. Add a second layer of Pavesini on top.

  4. Spread the rest of the mascarpone mixture over it.

  5. Finish with a final layer of Pavesini on top.

Decorate and Let Rest

  1. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 day.

Serve pieces that are two or three cookies wide. Enjoy!
